By accessing or using our website at theffdynasty.com (the "Site"), our APIs, mobile-optimized experiences, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The FF Dynasty provides dynasty fantasy football tools and services, including but not limited to:
Features, tiers, and availability may change without notice. The Services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, the NFLPA, ESPN, or any team or league.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age for online services) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use does not violate any applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or pose a security or fraud risk.
Premium features are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
One-time purchases: Certain products are sold as one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, including paid Roster Reviews and Expert Questions. Because these products are generated and delivered specifically for you at the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been generated or delivered, except where a refund is required by law.
"User Content" means anything you submit to the Services, including rankings, comparisons, votes, comments, group submissions, profile pictures, contact form submissions, and AI prompts.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services, including aggregating it into crowdsourced rankings and analytics.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

Use of our Public API is subject to the limits, authentication requirements, and data exposure rules described in our API Docs. We may rate-limit, throttle, suspend, or revoke API access at our sole discretion. Cached responses must be refreshed in accordance with documented limits, and you may not redistribute API data in a way that competes with the Services.
Certain features use third-party large language models routed through the Lovable AI Gateway. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biased or outdated information, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or sports-betting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them.
The Services integrate with third parties such as Sleeper, Stripe, Google (auth, ads, and the YouTube Data API), ESPN, Spotify, YouTube, and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content.
Features that surface YouTube content or analytics use the YouTube API Services. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page.
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, rankings methodologies, and aggregated data, are owned by The FF Dynasty or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Player names, team names, and league marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice with the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) using our Contact Form on the About page. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA.
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Services or other users. Upon termination, downgrade, or cancellation of a paid membership, any Discord roles granted in our server based on that membership will be revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty. Our rankings, valuations, and recommendations are for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not endorse or facilitate betting or wagering, and you assume all risk for any decisions you make based on the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FF DYNASTY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The FF Dynasty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
You and we agree to bring claims only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
We may add, modify, or remove features, content, or pricing at any time, and may impose limits on certain features or restrict access without notice or liability.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and The FF Dynasty regarding the Services.
